An Early Fall Table

Fall is pretty much here but there are still hints of summer in the air like the tropical-esque weather we had last night in the north east chalk full of warm winds & tons of rain.  Orange always reminds me of fall (think pumpkins & foliage) so I thought if I could dress a table for early fall it would definitely have some orange in it along with some blues & fresh marigold yellows. I thought these were some fun items.

 If I had the time & place to store table linens & dishes I would dress my table every day.  Le sigh... our closet space does not warrant this so I will just window shop for now.

Today's post is my 100th post on HeatherOMade!!! Thanks so much for checking in, reading, commenting & sharing with friends & family! Your support has been so amazing! Love to you all, especially to Chris who is both patient & supportive of his wife (me!). Thanks for all the times I made you wait to eat to so I could photograph our meals, so that I would have photos to edit & blog about later.

In honor of my 100th post, I thought I'd celebrate with some bright colors & this braid - my new fave way to wear my hair this summer!

Spring is here! Per usual I'll be wearing swingy skirts and dresses (belted at the waist) with chunky sandals amped up with pops of color plus these sunnies that I scored at A Second Chance Resale in SoHo, the only ones that have truly lasted the test of time!  Lucky for you can can shop more hand picked high end duds  online for a fraction of the price.
