April Shower Products with Safe Ingredients

I love finding new products with safe ingredients that actually work.  Usually products with good ingredients are bit more expensive - but I've found some that are the exception to the rule. Here are some products are what I have in my shower this spring:


Acure Organics Cleansing Creme (argan oil + mint). This cleansing cream is extra-gentle, refreshing & moisturizing - all things I look for in a face wash. It's made with great ingredients like Fair Trade Certified Oganic Olive Oil, Moroccan Argan Oil, and Cocoa Butter the antioxidant power of Blackberry and Rosehips and the mild cleansing of mint. And yes it does smell as good as it sounds. It's great for removing makeup & the daily grime from your day. Shobha Exfoliating Cloth.  This is mother nature's washcloth. Made with woven plant fibers, it exfoliates your skin with just some water. You can also use it with your favorite body wash or soap.  Since it's flexible like a washcloth you can even exfoliate hard to reach small places. Unlike a loofah, you can toss it in the washing machine & use it for up to a year without fear of nasty bacteria growing on it. It's available at myShobha.com & at all Shobha Locations.

Mineral Fusion Volumizing Shampoo.  I've always loved Aveda smelling products but not their strain on my wallet.  When I came across Mineral Fusion products I was pretty excited not only by the scent but the price point too. They are paraben-free, SLS-free, artificial fragrance & color-free.  It's almost too good to be true.  WholeBody in WholeFoods carries it but you can also get it here & here.

Acure Organices Cell Stimulating Body Wash.  Another great product put out by the Acure Organics line. It smells like sweet almond. It's SLS-free & still creates great lather. This formula is also paraben-free, vegan, gluten-free, synthetic fragrance-free, silicone-free, phthalate-free. Are you getting the point of how awesome this body wash made with natural & organic ingredients is? To top it all off it's ingredients are even Fair trade certified.
