I think they make a pretty perfect summer dessert or breakfast (no judgements please)!

Ingredients:
- 1 cup plain greek yogurt
- 10-15 strawberries (rough chop)
- 5 fresh mint leaves
- 5 fresh basil leaves
- 2 tablespoons agave nectar (or honey or sugar)
Make it!
- Combine all ingredients together in a food processor or blender.
- Pour mixture into ice pop molds (or you can use small paper cups or ice cube trays with tooth picks or popsicle sticks.
- Freeze for 8 hours or over night.
- Eat on a hot day.
Tip #2: Taste your fruit first, if it's sweet enough you may not need extra agave.
Tip #3: If you don't feel like breaking out a food processor or herbs go ahead & get the yogurt with the fruit mixed in already & freeze that. That's probably the easiest version of this & way to make any dessert for the matter. Enjoy!
These look so good - adding the mint and basil will give them a much more complex flavor. It's funny, I was just reading an article in a magazine about DIY popsicles. This must be a sign :)
